Updated some of the rules and cards of the game to make it function better.

Main Changes

• Updates to how card actions update and which cards update.
• Changed the tokens to minerals instead of gold (Change will make sense with future updates).
• Removed tools and combined them with equipment to make the different card types easier to keep track of.
• Some other minor improvements to cards and some visuals
